When you arrive at the games, please use the drop off parking area . Plan to arrive early.
Check in at the registration desk 30 minutes prior to the start of your first event to verify competitor number, competition location and competition times.
Report to the event stewart at least ten minutes before your scheduled playing time, as times may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Players not reporting by their scheduled time will be disqualified.
Results for morning competitions will be available in the afternoon. Results for the band competitions will be available after the last mass band.
In the spirit of running enjoyable games, the Chief Stewarding Committee reserves the right to remove from competition any competitor deemed to be uncooperative or behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner. Any competitor removed or disqualified will not be reimbursed entry fees.
